1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

2. Canadian Shipping Options and Rates
- Standard Shipping: From $35 CAD (estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days).
-  Express Shipping: From $50 CAD (estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days).

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

4. Delivery Responsibility
We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you or a person you have designated to receive it. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be completed within 30 days of purchase.
